We all need a little support sometimes.

Here are a few of my most recommended websites, podcasts, and resources

Self-compassion can be challenging for many people to offer themselves, we falsely believe being hard on ourselves will make us better, or that being kind to ourselves either makes us soft or selfish. Kristin Neff has many well-researched practices and other resources on her website.

R.A.I.N has to be one of my most recommended practices, to help with processing challenging emotions, and fun fact you can use it to process positive experiences as well, to gain a deeper understanding of why you feel good when you do.
